Anti-Skid Road Surfacing - Maintenance Plus have applied anti-skid surfacing to various road junctions, pedestrian walkways, car parks as well as link spans for ferry terminals.
Tanking and Waterproofing - Maintenance Plus can solve a variety of tanking and waterproofing problems from leaking balconies to damp basements and containment bunds.
Roofing - Maintenance Plus specialise in liquid applied roofing systems and protective coatings to cladded roofs.
Groundworks and Plant Hire - Maintenance Plus can supply labour and plant to carry out drainage works and excavations for new or existing build projects.
