Fixed Price Quotation
No builders “Estimate”, we only work to fixed prices. Our aim is to capture the entire project specification as far as is possible at the outset to inform your budget more accurately and equally important to highlight what is not included. A thoroughly sensible approach to any major building project.

We are members of the Federation of Master Builders, a MasterBond Warranty Registered company able to offer insurance backed warranties, we are a (Government Backed) Trust Mark approved member and member of The UK Trades Confederation. Plus all our works come with our own Guarantee.
Responsibility and our Business Model
In the current climate it is important to know the company you are dealing with as there are various business models being used within the industry. Some are one-man bands, some are builders who offer loft conversions as well as a long list of other builds, or you have a project management style company.
SMA Ltd is not any of the above, we offer the Complete Package from your initial enquiry right through to completion. We take ownership/responsibility for every single stage of the process and throughout the process you will be dealing with the actual owners of the company.

The Build
Project Build timescales can vary due to the size and specification detailed, (Industry standard is 12 weeks).
