When it comes to measuring your new staircase, it´s all about the fine details.
Our latest piece of inventive software will allow us to visit your home, take the measurements, design your stairs, print off a plan for you and your builder and then send the results directly off to our CNC (computer numerical control) router on the spot, where it stays until everything is approved.
Once the plans have been approved we usually aim to manufacture and deliver your stairs within 10 working days. (This time is dependant on the timber used in making your staircase).

A little bit about Garcia Joinery
We design, build, manufacture and finish timber windows, staircases and doors in the London area, Surrey and the South East.
Our team of joiners, the new refurbished workshop and our state-of-the-art CNC cutting machine puts Garcia Joinery at the top of the league when it comes to joinery manufacturing.
Our customers range from large house builders, developers, loft companies and the one-man band.
Our workshop is the latest investment within the Garcia Group allowing us to produce quality joinery products, mainly doors, window and staircases. Our 6,000 sq feet factory now has a fully set up spray booth, allowing us to factory finish our joinery if requested by you the customer.

Sliding/Folding Doors
We manufacture doors in our factory to the very highest of standards. Each set is individually customised using your own choice of timber, ironmongery and finish. Full manufacturing drawings are produced to your exact dimensions for final approval.
These door systems are suited to both existing and new builds and can be used in various applications – for internal space conversion of two adjacent areas or for bringing the outside in. In commercial buildings they can be used to welcome clients through a wide storefront or to bring pavement café culture to your restaurant.
Timber
We use primarily solid timber for our bifold doors, machined and detailed in our own factory. Sapele is very often used as our standard timber. It has excellent durability and lifespan and takes either a clear or painted finish extremely well. A frequent alternative is Prime European Oak.
Your doors are machined, joined, finished and glazed in our workshop by our own highly skilled and qualified joiners. The whole process is under our control and the end product can leave our factory finished, wrapped and ready for installation.
