Our Services
NICEIC Periodic Inspections
A full electrical inspection is generally carried out every five years depending on the age and condition of the installation. This inspection can show the state of the electrical wiring throughout the property and checks the safety of the electrical installation. The electrician should issue you with a 'Periodic Inspection Report for an Electrical Installation' at the end of the examination, which declares the electrical installation as safe or outlines areas requiring attention.
Homebuyers
This inspection is very useful when buying a house to check if it requires any updating or rewiring is required prior to purchase. A full test and inspection will be carried out and a list of any defects will be listed in a full report. A visual inspection to verify whether the property has current earthing arrangements present and cables are within British guidelines, that the consumer units are MCB and RCD protected.
