Channel nuts are used in conjunction with channel, bracketry and bolts, to provide a system for the structural support of cables, pipework, ducting, air-conditioning equipment and many other types of mechanical and electrical installations.
The range we offer is M4-M16 in mild steel zinc-plated, and M4-M12 in grade 316 stainless steel, including a stainless spring and hot-dip galvanised finish, in plain, long, or short-spring. All are available in standard, UNC or self-lock thread form.
We also manufacture the Topnut, a variation on the standard spring nut, which is designed to replace the need for a separate long and short-spring therefore reducing stock requirements. As the spring lies flat on the nut there is no tangling of springs involved, which is a major time-saver.
