Property maintenance
Kaberry Building offers a full property maintenance service for companies who need the confidence that their premises will be fully operational for their customers at all times. Consequently we work with high profile companies in the leisure, brewery and retail sectors, providing 24/7 ‘peace of mind’ every day of the year. Our maintenance services provide customers with a timely response to agreed performance levels. Heating advice and servicing can also be provided, including replacement boiler packages.

Our NICEIC accredited engineers are available for electrical projects across the country from the Midlands to the Borders. We can undertake your new and rewire installations and we provide a 24/7 reactive service for aftercare or emergencies.
