We are specialists in our field and are proud to manufacture and install some of the most versatile WRAS approved sectional tank ranges on the market, giving you the flexibility to design a water tank to suit your requirements and to not be restricted with conventional 1m x 1m sectional tank panels. Our Totally Internally Flanged tank (TIFTANK) range provides you with the ability to fully maximise the water storage in any given space.
We offer an extensive WRAS approved range of standard size one piece tanks ranging from 45 up to 62,000 litres to suit all applications. But if you require an alternative size our experienced and knowledgeable sales team can assist in the design of a bespoke one piece tank to suit your exact requirements, including size and colour.
TIF Tanks
The Brimar TIF range is the most versatile sectional tank system on the market and has been specifically designed to suit applications where maximum water capacity is required, but where physical space is either limited or an unaffordable luxury. The Brimar TIF system is the ideal solution to your confined plant room refurbishment.
A conventional externally flanged sectional tank (IFB or EFB) requires a minimum clearance of 500mm around the sides for installation and future maintenance. However, with its unique internal flange system a Brimar TIF can be installed within 25mm of a wall giving you the opportunity to maximise the use of floor space available whilst maintaining the desired water storage capacity.
Imagine being able to replace an existing galvanised sectional tank without having to remove it thereby saving costly strip out, base works and disposal costs. This is possible with a Brimar TIF as the panel increments available make it possible to install the system as a virtual liner in almost any application.
Brimar DD (Dual Duty) Range
The Brimar Dual Duty range of one piece tanks provide an effective and simple solution to providing stand alone pump stations. The Dual Duty tanks are designed to provide both a weatherproof and IP55 rated housing section and a fully compliant storage tank in a single piece unit.
The Dual Duty range is designed to withstand the most punishing of climates and can be customised to suit almost any application. The units are available in almost any size from our standard one piece tank range; alternatively a bespoke unit can be manufactured to suit your individual requirements.
The unique design of the Dual Duty range units allow for both a tank and pump housing to be delivered to site in a single operation. The units are suitable for positioning on to a pre-prepared concrete base, or alternatively can be fitted out with a reinforced skid for even greater flexibility.

Potable Water Treatment
Every newly installed water system for potable use is required to be commissioned in accordance with BS6700.
Brimar Plastics Ltd has the capability of a commissioning service that consists of water storage tank disinfection, Post Disinfection Sample and Certification to satisfy the commissioning element of your specification. All this backed up by Health and Safety risk assessments, Method Statements and MSDS for the disinfection media.
