Moto-Rend is machine applied single coat render.
Traditionally render is mixed in an ad-hoc way on site with sand and cement, and then applied slowly by hand in two coats over a period of weeks. It then has to be painted.
Moto-Rend use quality controlled, factory blended and bagged, coloured dry powder mixes, which are fed into a specially designed machine render pump. Here a controlled amount of water is added and the resulting mixture is then sprayed directly onto the substrate, (usually 18mm and up to 25mm thick), in one coat. Using European style application techniques up to 120m2 can be applied and finished the same day. The gently textured finish is weather resistant almost immediately after it is applied. The high quality, self coloured, low maintenance finish, will add value to any property.
Moto-Rend Single Coat Render can be applied to new block work, it can also be sprayed onto existing render, brickwork, timber sheathing or insulation. We fit colour coded beads and use glass fibre mesh-cloth to reinforce weak points in the substrate, this helps to reduce the risk of cracking. Special features like bands around windows and ashlars cut into the render can be added to give a project greater aesthetic impact.
