With more than 150 years of history Wedge Group Galvanizing is one of the UK’s largest hot dip galvanizing organisations. We have 14 plants strategically placed around the UK enabling us to offer you a truly national service for all your galvanizing requirements.
The Group can process anything from a 1.5mm thick plain washer to a 29 metre beam. Our continuing investment in new technology and plant, together with our commitment to customer care ensures that we offer you first-class quality and service at realistic prices.
Our plants are designed and equipped to set industry-leading standards for sustainability and low environmental impact. For example, we have integrated rainwater collection and storage systems, which enable rainwater to be recycled into the galvanizing process, this eliminates run-off from our sites and minimizes the use of mains water.

- Bath sizes: Shortest 4.5m / Longest 21m / Widest 1.7m / Deepest 3.7m.
- Double Dip: up to 29 metres
- Vertical Dip: up to 3.2m
- Unique spin galvanizing facility for components up to 750mm long.
- Ability to galvanize continuous lengths of chain

All works undertaken is hot dip galvanized strictly in accordance with BS EN ISO 1461 and under the control of ISO 9001.
