With over 20 years experience in the domestic / residential market S. Clift Building Contractors can assist with all types of domestic requirements, new builds, extensions, refurbishments. We also offer any type of property repair or maintenance.
Schools and Public Buildings
We deal with a wide range of schools, academies, colleges as well as care homes, libraries, youth centres, etc. We have a great deal of experience meeting customer requirements at a time to suit them be it DDA compliance, decoration services, toilet block replacement, fire safety compliance with regard to doors, ceilings, and much more.
Independent Living
S. Clift carries out a tremendous amount of work in this area from ramps for wheelchair access to specialist kitchens, bathrooms, wet rooms, property conversions etc.
Also, as a principal contractor to district councils we have a great deal of experience working on properties such as schools, care homes, libraries and other public buildings.
Additionally operating in the domestic market we offer a range of maintenance services, property extensions and bespoke new builds from plan.
