The advantages of a modular building are manyfold, it allows for the main build to be constructed `off site` while the entire on-site services are completed simultaneously. Our buildings are now built with the same finish materials as conventional buildings which means it can have a contemporary look to blend in with its surroundings.
The concept of `off site` manufacture as become a recognized method in modern construction and we have created new standards with a robust steel framed product which as been engineered to give us the ability to produce a five storey building for clients with little ground space with nowhere to go, but up!
