Delec Ltd. are experts in the installation and maintenance of large and small electrical projects. We are part P registered and have been approved by NIC EIC for many years.
We are also members of Constructionline.
History
Delec Limited started life as of the 3rd November 1999, however, our Director, David Lowe started as a sole trader long before that. He started his business David Lowe Electrical Contractor 22 years ago and started building the business from there. We still have some of the clients David used to work for back then, showing how well David built the business through his client base right from the start.
When Jenni Lowe joined the business in 2001 it meant that the company then had a point of contact based in the office so that clients, tenants and suppliers could call and discuss options available. Previous to this if they had managed to catch David when he was not half way up a ladder or had his head in a loft they were very lucky.
In 2001 we only had two fully qualified electricians and two apprentices and were working out of a bedroom in David's home. At the time this was all that was needed, however, it soon became apparent that the business was going to grow.
Where Delec Ltd. are now
Since 2001 Delec Ltd. have now built up to eleven fully qualified electricians, one apprentice, four electrician's mates, two project managers, one service administrator and two administrators. Delec Limited now have business premises in Daventry and have converted the unit into offices and stores. Although Delec Ltd. have grown considerably in a short time since 2001, we feel that we have still maintained the ethos of a family business and that of people that care. Delec Ltd. prides itself in customer service along with communication which work hand in hand together .
