ICAM Property Care are a family company, run by Chris and Sylvia Pettit and based in Bognor Regis, West Sussex. Chris comes from an engineering service background and started ICAM 15 years ago. Surely the best testimonial of all to ICAM 's ability to get the job done at a price the customer can afford. We provide a whole range of property services to both the private and business sectors. Our business has grown sucessfully year on year by adhering to a basic mission statement. *'To provide professional services that exceed our customers expectations at fair prices'* Too often we hear horror stories where people have been charged way in excess of an acceptable rate for a service provided. Our approach is different, we utilise mobile professional staff that are controlled from a central office. We can therefore more effectively route our staff to attend to several smaller jobs during the course of the day within the same geographic location. This reduces staff downtime and the cost benefits are passed to our customers.
