Focusing on the retail element of the commercial sector, MAP's experience extends its history from small shop refurbishments to large-scale shopping centres.
 'The Outlet' factory outlet centre for GML Estates is an element of the Bridgewater Business Park, Banbridge, Co. Down, has just been completed.
A consistent proportion of MAP's annual workload lies in the industrial sector. The following list is representative of Projects completed in more recent years:
· Planning applications for a Light Industry and Business Park at Bridgewater Park, Banbridge
· Refurbishment of existing Industrial Unit into multi-use trade counter units at Kennedy Way, Belfast

Although recent and current commissions are mostly distinctive value-added developments in the private sector, MAP has gained expertise in social, sheltered and special needs (disabled) housing.
In the leisure domain, MAP has recently completed commissions for three Jury's Hotels in Leeds, Nottingham and Croke Park and are currently working on 2 more in Derby and Swindon. In addition, a planning application has been recently prepared for a 169 bedroom Marriott Hotel in the Gasworks Development Area, Belfast.
