3 Design Partnership was established in 1991 and since then has undertaken work over a wide variety of building types, both new build and refurbishment, including work to historic and listed buildings and using both traditional contracting and Design and Build.
Projects have included buildings in the Educational, Health, Ecclesiastical, Commercial and Housing sectors with a concentration on Housing.
The practice offers a personal service with schemes varying from the small extension where we help individual property owners with their one and only building project, through to multi million pound schemes for clients with previous experience of the building industry.
With all clients, we tailor our service according to their needs, from individual reports or consultancy advice through to a full architectural service. 3 Design Partnership can offer a complete architectural consultancy service providing preliminary advice and feasibility studies in the early stages through to planning, detail design, working drawings, contract administration and post contract duties.
