DAVID R YEAMAN & ASSOCIATES have been based in Harrow since 1984 and have been involved with a wide variety of project types, many locally sited.

In addition to our private and commercial clients we are consultants for Brent & Harrow Health Authority, Brent, Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster Mental Health NHS Trust and St. Luke's Hospice (Harrow & Brent).

We believe strongly that the best design solutions evolve from forming a close relationship with the Client, establishing a detailed brief and liaising directly with the Planning Authority and where relevant, Listed Buildings Authority, English Heritage & Local Trusts to develop a team effort with individual members working within their various disciplines.

We obtain consents for development of sensitive sites with difficult constraints and have gained Planning Approvals (some by appeal to the Secretary of State) as a result of our emphasis on basing our proposals on well founded and carefully developed principles.

We consist of two qualified architects, architectural assistants and secretarial backup. We utilise the latest technology and use Computer Aided Design for production of our drawing work.

Our approach to design is to achieve the best practical and aesthetic solution while at the same time being mindful of our client's financial budget.

We are registered with Constructionline which certifies our technical, managerial and financial standards as laid down by the Construction Directorate of the D.O.E.
