We were involved with the project from the start. We carried out an initial feasibility study ensuring the client’s needs were met. From this our in-house design team created a complete set of Cad drawings suitable for submission for Planning Approval. Once Planning Permission was obtained we provided Structural Engineering Details to obtain Building Regulations Approval. The Works: We removed the rear and side flank walls and constructed a large rear extension to open plan the new kitchen and family room area. We also refurbished the remainder of the project. These works included a completely new central heating and hot water installation, a complete new electrical installation, new traditional sliding sash double glazed windows throughout, installation of a new kitchen, installation of a new bathroom and cloakroom, extensive re-plastering, new cornice works, Oak Flooring and decorating. Works also included external landscaping and construction of a new front drive to facilitate off street parking. Contract duration 8 months.
