The purpose-built Titan factory and headquarters, based on the outskirts of Cookstown, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland, houses a precast concrete floor slipform manufacturing system that is the most advanced available on the market today. State of the art machinery has been customised to meet our own advanced production requirements, and ensure we meet standards of quality and service that many of our competitors can only aspire to.
In addition to flooring, Titan’s ability to manufacture precast concrete stairs and landings on the same site both simplifies logistics and improves overall efficiency. Custom made adjustable side and upside down steel moulds further increases our flexibility and deliver significant productivity gains when compared with more traditional methods of manufacture - without compromising quality.
