In producing all profiles we consider the most efficient and cost effective process for each new section introduced for manufacture. Where possible we endeavour to ensure that each section that leaves one of our roll-forming lines is fully finished and requires no additional or secondary operations.
Operations such as piercing, notching, embossing, cutting to length and swaging are a few examples of value adding processes that can be included within the roll-forming process.
