Sign Gear Systems Ltd is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of lighting gear trays to the sign Industry.

With many years experience within the lighting and sign industry and an understanding what our customer requirements are; we are able to offer informed in-depth technical assistance prior to any installations.

Our standard range of units are supplied as HPF (high power factor), fused and come in single, twin, or triple configuration. Other sizes are available on request.
All units are manufactured to a high standard at our Redditch based factory and use only the highest quality lighting components. The gear trays are all supplied with associated starter switches and tube clips etc.

The company have a wide range of other gear tray products; which can be supplied complete with electronic ballasts, electronic-dimmable ballasts, plus emergency back-up modules/batteries.
All metal work is produced in house and allows us the flexibility to design bespoke lighting trays for a wide range of signage applications.
