We offer a 'design and build' service, evaluating your requirements through a site survey, detail system design and quotation, continuing through to a fully commissioned system installation.

Air Conditioning Systems
As trading partners with Daikin, Mitsubishi and Toshiba, we are able to supply cooling and heating solutions for applications ranging from small offices through to complete buildings, retail premises through to department stores, bedrooms through to hotels, using small individual split systems or variable refrigerant flow (VRF) installations.
Ventilation
Section F1 of The Building Regulations requires occupied buildings to be provided with fresh air ventilation. Scubair are able to provide ventilation solutions designed on a stand-alone basis or to compliment the installation of air conditioning equipment.
Service & Maintenance
Workplaces and their services infrastructure are easily taken for granted, even though your business relies on them. Scubair can tailor a specific maintenance package to meet all customer requirements, giving you a total peace of mind with a 24-hour service offered to all of our contracted customers.
We also offer a Facility Management package, therefore becoming your one stop service provider. With our comprehensive maintenance service we comply with all manufacturer's warranty requirements, offer a call out facility for equipment breakdowns and a repair / replacement service where components have failed.
Electrical Contracting
Building on continuing success, Scubair have expanded into the electrical contracting sector employing Michael Cookson MIET as our Electrical Department Manager.
Scubair can provide you with a complete turn-key package from conception, design, procurement, management, installation, commissioning to hand over.
Preventative maintenance programmes and emergency repairs for all types of installation including Commercial, Industrial, Offices, Residential Accommodation and Domestic are also offered.
