Scaffold Designs Ltd. is operating as a multi-functional company offering scaffolding design and design associated site services on a nationwide basis, we combine the latest CAD and structural analysis software.
We are specialists in designing; access scaffolds, temporary roofs, facade retention, demolition/construction scaffolds, false work and form work using many different systems of scaffolding including; tube and fittings, cuplok, kwikstage, putlog and many other proprietary system scaffolding.

We produce high quality Scaffold Design Drawings with fully detailed Calculations and Risk Assessments.
Our Construction Design Service can fulfill all your planning and construction requirements from onsite Structural Calculations to small Residential Extensions and Loft Conversion Designs.

Scaffold Designs Limited are the experts in conventional tube and fitting scaffolds along with a wide variety of system scaffolds on the market. Our services include:
Design Drawings - Production of 2D fully working drawings in AutoCAD for tender and erection purposes in accordance with the most up to date regulations, codes of practice and guidance notes.
Supporting calculations – Produced in a combination of in house developed software, frame analysis software and the traditional use of pen and paper.
Site Liaison - On inception, we can liaise on site (if required) to obtain the required information prior to starting the work or just simply provide us with the details (via email, fax or by post).
Designers Risk Assessment – A non-generic risk assessment is provided with every design. To cut down on the amount of paperwork for you, we incorporate this into the design as preferred by CDM 2007.
Third party checking requests – Form C approval (Network Rail), Approval in Principle Documents (Highways Agency), local authorities, London underground etc.
Design Checks – If for any reason, a drawing is required to be checked by another organisation we can do this for you.
Scaffold Inspection – We can visit site, inspect the scaffold and provide certification on the scaffolds integrity. This can be in the form of a report or as simple as a check certificate.
