The Ronacrete concrete repair range includes Ronafix site batched mortars, Ronabond prebagged repair mortar and fairing coat, Ronabond Joltec and Zolpacryl anti-carbonation and decorative coatings. Ronacrete repair mortars are endorsed by BBA Certificates.
Waterproofing and Tanking
Ronafix modified cement renders are highly efficient at stopping the passage of water but allow the surface to breathe avoiding the risk of internal condensation on the wall surface.
Two coats of Ronafix render will tank a basement and create a living or working space, or storage for paper and other media. Combine Ronafix renders with Ronacrete’s tile adhesives and colour grouts for complete waterproofing and tiling solutions.
Roller / paint applied coatings such as Ronabond Joltec act as a water barrier on facades, more than 400 colours available.
Hard Landscaping
The Ronacrete Hard Landscaping range comprises Ronadeck Resin Bound Surfacing, Ronadeck Resin Bonded Surfacing and Ronadeck Porous Tree Pits. These offer decorative paving which is strong and durable and attractive.
Available in a choice of finishes and looks for private homes, houses, public buildings and landscaped properties, swimming pool surrounds, gardens.
Suitable for light foot traffic in domestic areas, station footpaths and museums, parks, hotels, shopping centres, car parking bays.
Urban Design
This ''street'' range is designed to keep our streets clean, tidy and safe for pedestrians. They keep disruption to a minimum and allow for early or instant trafficking.
Bedding and pointing mortars, kerb and step repair mortars, chewing gum repellent coatings, anti-graffiti coatings and tactiles to offer hazard awareness for visually impaired.
Screeds
Whilst a well designed floor screed will meet the demands imposed on it for years without trouble, breakdown or failure, an inadequately designed or badly installed floor will give problems.
Ronacrete has products and systems for new floor screeds as well as a full range of floor repair mortars for convenient and fast floor maintenance and repair.
Commercial Industrial Flooring
In situations where it cannot be assumed that a functional damp proof membrane exists, RonaFloor epoxy damp proof membrane provides a layer of reassurance that rising damp will not spoil the new surface.
Levelling screeds accommodate thicknesses ranging from just a few millimetres to 150mm plus. As do almost “instant-set” floor repair mortars, with a one-hour return to service.
Decorative wearing screeds combine physical strength with fast cure and through colour, plus the option of anti-slip to provide safe surfacing. High gloss screeds and gloss or matt coatings are also available, as are natural stone aggregate “stone carpet” finishes.
Fast to install pumped screeds allow the contractor to lay more than 1,500m2 of floor per day which is ready to walk on within a few hours.
Safety Flooring
Ronacrete offer a comprehensive range of Ronadeck Fast Grip, HB and PU coatings which are easily combined with aggregates to create profiled / textured decorative ''painted'' floors with minimal risk of slip.
Also instant-fix preformed sections together with repair mortars and levelling screeds to maximise grip and minimise slip. Some solutions allow floors to be opened to normal traffic within seconds, others range from 1 hour to next day.
The Ronadeck Instants Range provides GRP sheets and nosings which are instantly fixed to floors using screws or adhesives to create walk on and drive on surfaces with positive traction, reduced risk of slip and also sight lines for DDA conformance and compliance.
Highway Maintenance
The RonaRoad range of highway and road pothole repair products provide instant trafficking and ease of laying in most weather conditions including below freezing and wet. They allow road authorities and councils to more easily meet their environmental targets and obligations by using environmentally friendly low and zero VOC softeners.
