Ravenscroft Developments specialise in home extensions of varying size, from single storey to multi storey. One of our greatest strengths is service and our ability to cater for an array different customers with varying requirements. We understand no two jobs are the same and invest our time into delivering a bespoke service for each project delivering the highest levels of quality and service, on time and on budget. Building an extension to your home can be viewed stressful, messy and disruptive but it doesn’t have to be.
Refurbishment
Ravenscroft Developments specialise in the refurbishment of both residential and commercial properties, of varying architectural styles and sizes. Our proven track record goes back a long way, with over 20 years experience in successfully delivering projects. Refurbishing your home or business can be viewed stressful, messy and disruptive but it doesn’t have to be.
Modernisation
Ravenscroft Developments are experts in the field of property modernisation, having undertaken modernisation works to a range of properties of various uses and architectural styles. The terms refurbishment and modernisation are frequently used interchangeably. However, Ravenscroft Developments understand that the two are entirely different. Modernisation works involve taking an existing property, which may be falling out of its useful life, and redesigning its internal area and services to bring it back into a purposeful existence. In addition, we are able to modernise a building without impacting upon its internal design or character. This can be achieved through introducing modern technologies, making greater use of existing spaces and modernising a building’s aesthetics.
New Build
Ravenscroft Developments specialise in the construction of new build properties of varying size, from single storey to multi storey, for either domestic or commercial markets. Whilst we construct properties for direct sale, i.e where we are both the land owner and builder, we also construct properties on a contract basis. This page will focus on the latter of the two. The contract build option would be suitable for an individual or organisation with a parcel of land suitable for development, but who wishes to contract the build out to an experienced builder in order to ensure the development is as streamlined and stress free as possible.
Conservation Projects
Ravenscroft Developments have a great deal of experience in working with historic buildings, having undertaken numerous prestigious projects within the Midlands. The conservation of historic buildings is of great importance to Ravenscroft Developments, as it is believed that through the conservation of our historic buildings we are able to preserve our historic architecture for future generations to enjoy.
Insurance Work
Ravenscroft Developments are experts in undertaking remedial works to properties damaged or destroyed by fire or flooding. This work usually involves our appointment by a loss adjuster who is acting on behalf of an insurance provider. When acting in this capacity, our work involves evaluating the extent of the damaged property, the works required and, if appointed, working closely with the client to ensure the property is reinstated to its former glory.
