We produce open fires, boilers, stoves and range cookers which we believe are unrivalled in their quality. Our current range of products includes multi-fuel and wood burning stoves the Highlander 3, 5, 7, 8, 10 and Yorkshire stove, the Yorkshire range cooker and our superb open fires.
Dunsley Heat Ltd is a family run business formed in 1950 by the Broadbent brothers who developed solid fuel open fire central heating boilers. The Broadbent family still run the business today although the next generation now form the main management structure.
Today Dunsley offer a great deal more than just boilers, we offer solutions for every heating requirement, including multi-fuel stoves, range cookers and open fires.
The Yorkshire Stove
Emissions from the Yorkshire are so low that it very easily complies with the clean air act. Independent laboratory tests show efficiencies of over 70% on a whole range of fuels including wood.
All this has been achieved on the Yorkshire without using catalyst combusters, which are very expensive to replace and can easily become damaged if coal or impure wood is burnt. Cleanburning is also better. |  |

Enviro-burn clean combustion and airwash air supply mean a clear view of the flames.
HETAS APPROVED
The Highlander Enviro-burn 5 is a free standing stove approved to burn wood logs in smoke control areas. The appliance is constructed from 4 and 10mm steel and cast iron. It incorporates both rear and a top flue outlet. The firebox is lined at the sides back and top by ''800Kq/m3 density ceramic fiber refractory boards'' and comes with a black metallic finish. You have a choice of black, brass or polished steel handles. A canopy can be supplied on request.
The Highlander Enviro-burn 5 has only one door to open for re-fuelling and removing ashes. This also means that the safety precaution to prevent overfiring is automatically provided for. |  |
HOW IT WORKS
The Highlander Enviro-burn 5 has two combustion controls. The most ideal setting will quickly be found moving the slide slowly to find the most suitable position.
