We recognise the importance of being adaptable to the needs of our clients. As a privately owned company this allows us to provide a flexible, fast and efficient service, producing high quality results for our clients.
Our facility is situated at the end of the M56.
Our site is 3 acres with a purpose built blast cleaning and spray painting facility which operates 20 hours a day; handling capacity is provided by three new Linde 10 tonne fork lift machines.

SCOPE OF WORK
Hunter Steel Coatings Ltd can offer our services in all aspects of shop and site application of:

WORKS FACILITIES
The company carries out all types of anti – corrosion at our Mold Works. The works have the following to offer:
- A 3 ½ acre site : (14.000 m2)
- Blast room 75’ x 50’ : (70m x 15m)
- Painting / coatings area 230’ x 50’ : (70m x 15m)
- Full handling facilities, including craning facility, 2 x 10 tonne forklift trucks.
Heavy lifts by arrangements. - Environmentally controlled works area.
- A further 3 acre storage / laydown area available if required (12.000m2)
QUALITY ASSURANCE & APPLICATOR APPROVALS
1)The company operates its own Quality Assurance plan which conforms to ISO 90102 – BS5750 part 2. Our operations are carried out in strict accordance with the following standards.
- Swedish standard SIS 055900
- British standard BS 4232
- British standard BS 5493
2) We are approved applicators for the following specialist manufactures:

- Metrotech Specialist Coatings (Aco ~ Thane)
