Domestic Building Plan Services
H C Designs main service is the preparation and submission of the architectural plans that you require for your home extension for Local Authority Planning and Building Control approval.
We deal with all the paperwork and liaison with the Local Authorities for your applications.
We can arrange to visit you in your home to discuss your requirements for your home extension. We will discuss with you any design matters with which you are unsure of or suggest alternative ideas when you do not quite know what you want. We will also advise you on any limitations that you are likely to encounter in the Planning and Building Regulations process.

Commercial Building Plan Services
Although our main business is residential, we have on many occasions prepared drawings for shops, offices, restaurants, public houses etc. This has included manufacturing drawings for signage, shop fronts, shop counters and display units, reception desks, bars and backfittings.
Architectural Services
All drawings are fully detailed for submission for both planning and building regulations. Drawings for planning only or outline planning can be prepared if required.
All our drawings are done by hand and we offer competitive rates, a design service and a friendly, informal service.
