DORSET JOINERY was established in 2005 to fill a market niche to create and manufacture high quality bespoke joinery products at realistic and competitive prices and to enable our clients to realise their projects on time and within budget.
We can price based on Architect's drawings, tender documentation or we can measure on site for replacement windows, doors, or other joinery projects as required by our clients.
Our estimator is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who can offer a professional service including full understanding of drawings, specifications, building regulation, bills of quantities, materials selection - various hardwoods including oak, walnut, iroko, sample, maple, idigbo and others are available, thus helping our clients to make informed and carefully considered choices.
We are a family business with traditional values; our investment in a well equipped workshop, the most appropriate software tools, together with our highly skilled craftsmen, joiners and machinists combine to enhance our reputation within the Building Trade and with Private Clients for the delivery of creative, innovative and high quality timber products.
Our Clients are encouraged to visit our factory to inspect the raw timber before their particular item is manufactured and to see how we operate.
Timber, properly manufactured and finished, will last for many, many years and still look as beautiful as when it left the factory. Wood is a sustainable material, also ecologically friendly and will not cause any environmental damage.
