Professional Services
With our own in-house specialists, we can offer the client all the necessary professional expertise required. We have in-depth knowledge of local authority planning policies; we will make the planning application on client's behalf considering appearance and position of building, impact on surroundings, landscaping and highways issues.
In order to save time for the client, we can submit the Building Regulations application whilst the Planning Application is under consideration. Our architects and engineers work together to develop detailed drawings with full layout construction information such as drainage, insulation, fire escape protection, welfare facilities, disabled access etc. Through our experience and knowledge of the processes, we endeavour to minimise any potential issues that may arise so saving both time and money for our clients.
