We undertake all aspects of roofing - domestic, industrial or other.
We are registered with the National Federation of Roofing Contractors and the Construction Industry Training Board. We were the first approved installers of Liquid Plastics (Decothane) in North Wales which means we are able to offer single point guarantees.
We offer free, no obligation estimates (and in most cases are able to give these within 72 hours of your telephone call).
Virtually all our work comes from recommendations by word of mouth and of course, with us you will have the peace of mind of knowing that we work extensively for the council and local authorities and therefore have a solid reputation.

Domestic Roofing
We carry out various types of roofing work and are very happy to visit your property and then issue a free no-obligation estimate after discussing your requirements.
Our Contracts Manager is usually the person who will come out to inspect the roof. He is happy to discuss any queries or possibilities with property owners in terms of budgets.
Most of our work comes from word of mouth as we are in a very rural area so we commonly get calls from people to whom we have been recommended. We operate a professional but approachable company and are VAT registered.
Commercial Roofing
We carry out work extensively for Gwynedd County Council as well as having worked for Denbighshire and Flintshire County Councils. We often undertake work for the Fire Service and the NW Wales NHS Trust.
Other companies for whom we have worked include Welsh Water and also Magnox North in Trawsfynydd Power Station.
As quality approved contractors for Liquid Plastics Ltd our cold applied liquid membrane work carries single point guarantees and we can give you information on contracts we have already accomplished.
Our Services
We offer the following forms of roofing services in both the domestic and the commercial and industrial sectors:
- Cold applied liquid membrane (Decothane) – we are QA approved contractors for Liquid Plastics Ltd
- Built up felt roofing – we are IMA approved contractors for Icopal Ltd
- Slating
Other aspects of roofing such as chimney demolition, guttering, fitting brackets for solar panels.

Depending on the size of a contract we would consider travelling further afield than the immediate area surrounding Gwynedd and this can be discussed with our Contracts Manager.
We always respond to tender invitations and are very honest about whether we can under-take work in terms of our volume of work.
HEALTH & SAFETY
We are registered with CHAS. All our operatives carry CSCS cards. Our Contracts Manager holds the SMSTS certificate. All our operatives hold NVQ2 qualifications and new employees are supported in gaining qualifications relevant to their area of expertise through training plans drawn up with the CITB. We also have external CMIOSH qualified consultants with whom we can communicate on a 24 hours a day basis.

FLAT & FELT ROOFING
We carry out domestic and industrial / commercial built up felt roofing. As the result of your enquiry our Contracts Manager will arrange a mutually convenient time to inspect your roof. In most cases he will know whether your roof needs complete stripping, re-decking and felting or whether felting only will suffice. Should he be unsure as to the state of the substrate he will include a PC sum in the estimate which will be deducted should extra work not be required. We use torch-on felt and offer a one layer system which carries a ten year labour and materials guarantee and a two layer torch-on felt system which carries a fifteen year labour and materials guarantee.
Of course there are all sorts of variations to our roofing systems such as using insulation when required.
