Terms of appointment
- Appointment terms are in strict accordance with RIBA standard form of Agreements.
- Feasibilities, Consultancy and Interior Design work are charged on an hourly rate basis. (Senior Architect/Designer £135.00 per hour; Senior Assistant £95.00 per hour; and Junior Assistant £50.00 per hour; Admin staff £25.00).
- Design and Construction Management fees are usually based on percentage of construction costs within RIBA recommendations. Lump sum fees are possible where project details and budget constraints are clarified at the outset or tender stage.
- Invoices are submitted monthly on account with strict 14-day credit terms being applicable. All reasonable expenses incurred and VAT (15%) are added to fees.
