Best Cellars (nw) Ltd is a small basement and cellar conversion company owned and run by Roy Nesbitt. Best Cellars was started at the beginning of 2005.

We are a company that specialise in waterproofing and converting damp basements and cellars into dry usable space which can be used in a variety of different ways from bedrooms to storage areas, from home offices to kitchens.

We provide a bespoke package which will cater for your individual circumstance, we can provide a cost effective basic waterproofing package or we can provide a full package that will include all work including electrics, plumbing, plastering, flooring, decoration etc.

Best Cellars aim to provide an excellent professional conversion carried out to the highest of standards at a realistic price.

Six steps to your basement dreams.

Initial visit and assessment of basement.
Provide price of work and full written specification.
Second visit (if you wish to proceed with the work) to discuss any changes in the specification, any structural issues or any general questions you may have.
The final report and fixed price quotation will be produced along with a floor plan of your basement indicating any fittings, lighting, socket and radiator layouts etc.
Acceptance of quotation and set a start date.
