We offer quantity surveying and estimating services with respect of the following;
Contractors & Builders
Estimating services are carried out for complete projects involving all trades, contractors preliminaries and overheads.
The work is carried out at our office in London and we offer a complete service with a tender settlement meeting if requested to advise on the advantages and risk elements of a particular project.
Surveying services are carried out on projects either on site or at our office in London and involve valuations for work in progress, calculation of variations, claims for loss and expense and agreement of final accounts.
Basic information such as profit margins and overhead recovery are set at the level requested by the client.
Where suitable we will approach selected sub-contractors to provide quotations for a particular project to provide certainty on specialist works.
Site visits will be carried out where necessary or where requested by our client.
We can also provide programme information to assist with overhead and management costs for the project.
All services will provide a high class service with detailed information submitted to the client and employer alike and sent by email or fax and also by post.
Fees for this work can be carried out on either an hourly basis for services or we will be happy to quote a set fee for estimating after examination of the tender documents.
All invoices for services carried out on an hourly basis are supported by a daily record of times expended against the project in compiling the quotation or tender.
Sub-contractors
We also offer estimating services for specific trades for sub-contractors on a supply and fix basis or labour only.
We can provide quotations for tenders with bills of quantities, schedules of works or specification & drawings.

Project management relies on the performance of a strong and effective team to organise and control a project from feasibility through to the end of the building process and even beyond.

Fees can be negotiated depending upon the level of involvement and control that is required.

Continuity of the project manager from the pre-planning stage through to the project completion ensures that the project management team can control risk effectively throughout the construction process.
