Originally set up in 1980 under the name Delta House Installations Ltd., the company quickly established it's reputation for an exceptional standard of work that allowed the business to secure larger, prestigious contracts.

In 1993, due to demand in after sales maintenance from existing clients, Delta House Maintenance Ltd. was established allowing the company to provide a complete Air Conditioning service from the initial site survey through to preventative maintenance work.
