About Jigsaw Joinery
Jigsaw Joinery was set up in 1998 and has quickly become one of the most efficient and professional bespoke joinery businesses in the UK. We work on a large spectrum of work and are fully equipped to handle anything from £5000 to £250,000.
We produce the highest quality work in our own, purpose-built joinery factory. The facility is constantly being updated and has recently had a £200,000 machinery upgrade. We have doubled the size of the workshop and introduced some of the best machinery and design tools into an already impressive business. The upgrade allows our skilled and highly trained craftsman to continue to be committed to providing the highest quality work at all times.
Jigsaw Joinery’s Motto is 'In the pursuit of Perfection' we are driven to exceed our customer’s expectations and give them the best service, highest quality finish, on time and within budget.
Jigsaw Joinery is a private stand alone business that deals directly with individual clients, retailers and shop fitters, we employ a workforce made up of some of the highest skilled craftsman in the West Midlands.
Our drive to control quality has resulted in us creating our own finishing and spray shop. This together with our in-house glass bonding department mean that, at all times, we endeavour to fully control the quality of the end product.

Bespoke and “one off” Joinery
Our commitment to quality is such that every individual job large or small gets the same attention. That is why bespoke joinery comes at the top of the list, one off and specialist manufacture comes as a natural by-product of the business. Whether this is a special reception desk, a feature retail island or counter, a special staircase, hardwood wall or kitchen furniture or feature doors and panels, whatever the task trust it to Jigsaw Joinery. If at any time you wish to come and see your production, we can always facilitate this.
Roll out Joinery
With our commitment to modern as well as traditional techniques, our investment in CNC machinery makes Jigsaw Joinery more than capable of turning around high volume roll out joinery with the quality, efficiency and competitiveness you would expect.
Spray and finishing shop
We have invested heavily in both spray and extract equipment, to give our highly trained staff the tools to put the finish to the job. We can supply and finish:
- Lacquers
- Paints and many paint effects and finishes
- High quality french polishing
- Stains
- 2 pack catalysed finishes and many other specialist finishes
Glass Bonding
We have introduced this internal division to our services, as we were struggling to find a subcontractor capable of supplying the service and quality we require. This internal division can UV bond any size shape or colour of glass… another reason to use Jigsaw Joinery; always looking to improve the service and quality.
Delivery and installation
We can offer a delivery service throughout the British Isles and abroad if necessary. And we are able to install should you require this service. Finished goods will be packaged wrapped or palletised to suit your requirements.
