We produce and stock Products available for despatch from our warehouse and manufacture Non-Standard Products daily to our clients own specifications:
Foundation Bolts and square plate sizes supplied from stock., Indented Foundation Bolts, J-Bolts, L-Bolts, Special Bolts, Square Square bolts to BS7419, Hammered t Bolts, Tie Bars and U bolts. Thread sizes: M6 – M100 (1/4” – 4”) with maximum lengths up to 5000mm.
Structural Tie Bars and Turnbuckles are stocked at Brooks with threads from M6-M100 (1/4”-4”) with bar lengths up to 6 meters. We specialise in ‘non-standards’ producing larger bar lengths which can be used with ‘Hexagon Couplings’ or ‘Turnbuckle Assemblies’. Other end fittings and Hi Tensile Steels are also available.
Various types of U Bolts, Including Square Back, Flat Back, Saddle Back, Stepped U-Bolts and N-Bolts with material thread sizes ranging from: 4mm to 100mm dia, imperial thread sizes BSW, BSF, UNC, UNF are also available. Leg Lengths from 25mm to 2500mm.
Eyebolts supplied to: DIN 444, DIN 580, DIN 582, BS 4278, BS 529, BS 3974 and BS 5655 with Thread Sizes: M6 to M100 and imperial thread forms BSW, BSF, UNC and UNF. The range includes: Bow Nuts, Collared Eyebolts, Dynamo, Palm and Shackle Eyebolts, Lift Suspension Eyebolts, Round Section Eyebolts, Sling-Rod, Swivel and Adjustable Gate Eyebolts to name a selection. They are also available with increased or reduced eye thickness or with integral forged eyes.
Standard Shackles are stocked in our warehouse awaiting call-off, we also produce ‘Non-Standard Shackles’ daily with up to a maximum body diameter of 100mm.. ‘Blanks’ can be machined prior to despatch and supplied with standard or non-standard pins.
We stock the largest range of Forged Rings, in our warehouse and manufacture non-standards daily to our client’s exact specifications from small curtain pole rings to a maximum diameter of 4m with a material thickness of 100mm, using flat, square or round bar. We also manufacture from Tube and Box Section.
We stock and manufacture Wrought Iron Balls, for the decorative ironwork industry from 12mm up to a maximum of 230mm dia. We can supply with drilled holes, flattened balls, segmented balls, planished balls, grooved balls, hollow balls, cast balls, and Forged Balls directly onto bar and even robot welded.
We stock one of the largest and most extensive ranges of Wrought Iron Scrolls in the UK. Standard items are available from our warehouse. We are also the Non-Standard, Forged Scrolls specialist, manufacturing Scrolls with different ends including: Tapered, Fishtail Chisel Point, Rolled and Butt style using different materials from 10 x 3mm to 100 x 50mm flat, 6mm square or round up to 70mm Square or Solid with a range of finishes including Hammered or Grooved.
Railheads are our speciality with one of the largest, most comprehensive ranges in the UK. Standard Railheads are available from our warehouse ready for immediate despatch…Railheads can be supplied with threaded inserts, be robotically welded onto bar at varying lengths prior to being delivered. We produce Railheads by drop forging, upset forging, casting and then machine them to your exact requirements. Brooks also specialise in the manufacture of Non-standard Railheads developing from an original sample, drawing, photograph or even architects design.
