Our electricians are NICEIC registered and can also provide appropriate certificates for work carried out or test existing work.
Extensions
A small extension may not need planning approval but will require building control approval.
We prepare the necessary plans and obtain approvals.

LOFT CONVERSION
- New dwelling (see Flat Conversion)
- Additional rooms for existing dwellings (see Extra Rooms)
Extra Rooms:
We provide the following:
- Planning and building approvals (including preparation of plans).
- Construction of dormer roof.
- Re-arrangement of internal layout and accommodation and new stairs.
- Fire retardation and means of escape.
FLAT CONVERSION
Planning consent is required for sub-division of a dwelling to two or more units. The upgrade required includes the following.
- Fire separation
- Means of escape
- Insulation - horizontally and vertically including:
- Sound
- Impact noise
- Thermal
- Fire
Careful specification required and we can take the project through from inspection to panning of building control stage to completion of building works.
Renovations
KITCHENS... REFIT, REPLACE OR REDESIGN?
If you have the kitchen, Brimstone Construction will fit it. We use experienced carpenters to design and fit your new kitchen.
