Our commitment to each project, large or small is reflected in our association /membership of the Federation of Master Builders and The European Builders Confederation. We are also registered with the National Register of Warranted Builders and accredited to the governments Trustmark scheme.
To give customers greater peace of mind an insurance backed guarantee can be offered and each job is undertaken using a standard plain English form of contract for building works, provided by the FMB.
To make sure customers have complete confidence that their investment will be completed to their satisfaction and looked after following completion we operate a 2% retention built into the payment schedule and linked to either a 6 or 12 month maintenance period.
Primarily domestic extensions make up the main work load, along with the refurbishment & restoration of older and listed buildings using traditional methods & materials. Which means we are geared to carry out such work professionally and efficiently.
