Ken Balneaves, with his years of experience he is able to provide advise on all design aspects of your project.
Steve Chadwick is able to advise and provide guidance on a full range of Building Surveying matters as well as construction cost advice and project management.
Among our Professional Qualifications is the memberships to the following Institutes The Royal Institute of Chartreed Surveyors (RICS), Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), Institute of Civil Engineers (ICE) and The Association for Project Safety (MaPs).
Where we are:
Located in the Old Town, Hemel Hempstead since 1997, with a satellite office in Northwood, Middlesex.
From these offices we undertake work throughout the south of England and Home Counties.
What we do:
Our in-house design team are capable of handling a dedicated workload ranging from residential extensions/remodelling to refurbishment/extension of commercial property, with particular experience within the leisure industry.
To compliment this we have developed a team of consultants with whom we have worked closely over a number of years to augment our skills.
The majority of our works comes from recommendation.
Corporately amongst others we advise London Underground, Trans4m, Metronet, Tubelines, McNicholas, Mc Alpine, Amey, Dalkia, MoD, Ascot Inns Ltd, British Airways, Input Media Ltd, Aroma Restaurants Ltd on a variety of construction issues and have experience in the following fields, retail, office, pubs, restaurants and hotels, public transportaion, and rail.
