Project Management
The effective management of a successful construction or development project can be an onerous and time-consuming task.
Our experienced project management team is able to provide input at any level required, ranging from professional support for your own dedicated team to a full turnkey package embracing all design, costing and programming issues starting at project inception, continuing through delivery of the client proposals and extending to maintenance, day-to-day running and life cycle issues.
Quantity Surveying

At Andrews Quantity surveyors we recognise the essential detail that must be paid to early cost estimates and budgetary planning. The cost management process must be followed through the design development, detailed design and construction phases and also embrace the final negotiation of the contractor's account.
Health and Safety
As part of our commitment to provide an all-inclusive range of services, our team frequently provide the services of planning supervisor to ensure compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994 (CDM). This service will extend to embracing the new role of CDM co-ordinator.
Expert and Feasibility Reports
Members of our team are frequently appointed to prepare expert reports for use in legal proceedings, arbitration, adjudication or mediation. We provide reports for the benefit of plaintiff or defendant or, if required, act as a single joint expert.
