The range of markets ABS serves includes Construction, Architectural, Commercial Vehicles, Exhibition manufactures, Aluminium window fabricators & Office furniture manufactures.
ABS Ltd have the capacity and technical knowhow to bend / curve aluminium extrusions / sections of up to 400mm in sectional size on plan and 700mm sectional size on elevation.
ABS Ltd is also the approved sub - contract aluminium bending company for major UK / Ireland System houses.

ABS ltd offer competitive priced, high quality fully fabricated circular and shaped windows, doors and screens.
The aluminium shaped / circular windows supplied by ABS Ltd are fabricated using:
- Manufactured from aluminium alloy 6063 T6 extrusions all polyamide thermally broken
- Curved window frames are internally beaded for security purposes. Beads to suit either 24mm or 28mm glass
- Sections are polyester finished to any standard RAL colour. Either in a single or dual colour option
- Minimum paint cover is approx.60 microns
- Pivot Windows hinges have restrictors at 30 degrees and 180 degrees
- All handles & hinges can be supplied in White, Grey or Black
- All double glazed units are drained to outside
- All joints are TIG welded and dressed flush for strength
- Min diameter for fixed circular windows is 300mm Dia Max – 1800mm Dia
- Min Diameter for circular pivot windows is 600mm Dia , Max 1500mm Dia
ABS Ltd also has a powder coating facility. ABS has the capacity to paint lengths up to 4500mm long, and 2000mm Wide.
All standard RAL’s are offered single colours or dual colours.
Due to vast range of aluminium extrusions / sections that ABS curve, ABS has developed different types of bending / curving processes to suit the different aluminium extrusions. The different bending processes are ring rolled, drawn bending, press bending, or the encapsulation bending process.
ABS ltd is also the UK sales contact for a Tambest OY, who are a Finish based glass bending company. This partnership allows ABS to offer curved glass solutions to the UK market.
