- Commercial Energy Performance Certificates
Regulations state that from 01 October 2008, all commercial buildings over 50m² require a Non-Domestic Energy Performance Certificate (NDEPC). A commercial EPC is then used to assess a building's CO2 emissions, in line with the requirements of Building Regulations (Part L).
We have a number of Commercial Assessors and have started to deliver contracts to clients nationally. The complexity of the buildings and the variations in heating systems mean that a dialogue is required to establish the nature of the task.
