| We provide our facilities on a turnkey basis from design to completion. We cover all industries but have particular specialist knowledge of the Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnical and related industries. Typical examples include facilities for Hospitals, Pharmaceutical Manufacture, Research and Laboratory use. Recent applications include Stem Cell Research and Aseptic Manufacture of injectable drugs. We can provide the full fit out of Cleanrooms together with the support services needed to complete a clean room application. I have included a list of some of the projects we have undertaken and some press releases. | |
A significant proportion of our installations have been for Health Care, Life Sciences, Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Supply industries, where we have practical experience of running Cleanrooms for the manufacture of medical products as well as supplying the rooms themselves. Also, we have experience of a wide range of industries, including aerospace, Electronic, Defence and Food Manufacture.
Modular Building Cleanrooms:
Over the last few years, Clean Modules Ltd has constructed numerous Modular facilities, varying from single to multi-storey facilities, and comprising from one to numerous modules. Modular construction is a fast and convenient method of providing facilities and can be fitted, commissioned and validated away from the site, then shipped to site, quickly installed and put into use. This can be particularly beneficiary for clients with continuing operations and restricted sites.
Modular Cleanrooms and laboratories can be used for a wide range of applications: They can provide both temporary and permanent facilities; they can be used to extend an existing facility, to provide a new stand-alone facility or as a mobile unit. Some of Clean Modules Ltd’s modules have literally been sent to the far corners of the globe. Modular Cleanrooms and Laboratories can be positioned on multiple locations, like in a car-park, on top of another building or within a restricted area (e.g. court yard).
Modular Panel Cleanrooms:
Modular Panel Construction is a versatile approach to building a facility and we would construct the facility out of System I Cleanroom panels. The modular panel construction is a fast and cost efficient way of building and it is not limited to size and height. It easily allows for alterations and extensions to the facility afterwards. The most common usage of this system is for facilities within a large open area (e.g. a warehouse) and this allows for the storage and manufacturing to be located in one combined location. Although the facility can be moved, it is not common practise. Cleanroom panels comprise of a PIR foam or a Rockwool structural core, pressure bonded to pre-stressed steel skins, allowing for higher insulation values, better fire ratings and stronger wall structures. The panels are finished with a smooth ''foodsafe'' hard PVC laminate Cleanroom surface on the inside and a weather proof surface on the outside. As a result these panels function both as Cleanroom wall and external wall at the same time.
Portable Container Cleanrooms
The growth in the use of Cleanrooms, aseptic units and clean laboratories is leading to a parallel growth in the need for temporary, portable and flexible Cleanrooms that can be housed both inside and outside.
Portable container Cleanrooms provide the same standard and usability as normal, in-situ constructed installations. Careful design and the use of modular components can ensure an economical and extremely adaptable solution to clean room users’ requirements. They can be used for most clean room applications as well as providing unique solutions to a wide range of clean room requirements
I hope this has given you a good impression of the services provided by Clean Modules Ltd and our main building techniques. Should you wish to further discuss a specific project, our service or a particular building technique, please do not hesitate to contact us. |
