What we do
Clearsite has expertise in the safe and environmentally sound stripout and preparation of buildings due for redevelopment and refurbishment. Working in conjunction with clients, Architects and occupants of the building from stage one, Clearsite can strip a building back to core with a portfolio of services that provide a comprehensive solution, for the commercial and retail sector.
With our clients in mind we also provide our services out of normal working hours and phased in order to ensure that the project is completed with minimal disruption to their working operations.
Where we do it
Clearsite is based at our head office in Chippenham, just off of junction 17 of the M4 motorway, which allows us to provide these services throughout the country. Large portions of our projects have been completed throughout the South in Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, Swindon, Oxford, Reading, Maidenhead, Salisbury, Southampton, Portsmouth, Bournemouth, Yeovil, Taunton, and Exeter. We have also undertaken work in Birmingham and Norwich for clients who needed our skills and expertise to go that extra mile.
