The managing director is known in the industry as the ‘Screed Scientist’ and often assists architects, consultants, specifiers, main contractors, specialist sub contractors, small builders and individual home owners on all types of floor screeding systems, performance, specification, technology, testing, etc. All questions can be answered on demand which has proven to be real advantage to CSC Screeding Ltd.
As a specialist floor screeding contractor, our focus is on providing technical expertise, high quality installation and reliable performance and delivery. The overall business objective which is driven by the companies Managing Director, Spencer Warner, is to provide value for money floor screeding solutions across our entire customer base.
SC clients range from individual home owners to national main contractors, ranging from 100sm in High Wycombe to 90,000sm at Dublin Airport Terminal 2.

New Updates to our 360 DMS
We are continuing to develop our core information system and have embarked on a performance rating module. This will give us the ability to actively monitor performance right across the company. From internal appraisals to client feedback, we’ve got it all in hand. CSC will use the performance data to actively monitor our quest of becoming the UK’s leading Screed Contractor.
Progress with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
CSC are delighted to have agreed to install the tried and tested Microsoft Dynamics Nav 2009 to give us complete control over project cost management together with Agiles Workflow to automate tasks. The system will give us instant CVR reporting, automated CIS management, a huge amount of reporting which we can slice and dice in any fashion. Being of the Microsoft family, the system is user friendly and not disimilar to the look and feel of standard Microsoft Office tools.
