Introduction
Custom Audio Designs is an independent specialist offering a selected range of sound insulation and acoustic products and accessories supported by qualified technical advisors helping the specifier keep ahead of new product developments and Building Regulations.
Custom Audio Designs works towards quieter, acoustically enhanced communities applying noise control and acoustic management solutions to meet
commercial, domestic and industrial needs.

Applications
Products are for walls, floors, ceilings, basements, metal deck roofs, HVAC, lagging insulation and fire protection in commercial and residential buildings whether new build, conversion or refurbishment projects.
Authority
Products and systems are designed to comply with and exceed Approved Document E and BB93. All fire-resisting products are certified to BS 476: Parts 6 and 7, Class 0, 1 or Euroclass B s2, d0.
Acoustic products are UKAS accredited or EU equivalent.
Technical support is from Institute of Acoustics (I.O.A.) qualified personnel.

Ultra-thin acoustic membrane - 1.2 mm thick, 2 kg/mē, RW 22 dB.
T60 super acoustic membrane - supplied as plain or adhesive backed rolls, 3.1 mm thick, 6 kg/mē, Euroclass B, s2, d0 fire rated, RW 25 dB.
2FT80 super quilt - uses include cavities and partition heads, 28 mm thick,
8 kg/mē, RW 28 dB.
IsoBase R50 - a resilient layer for installation underneath t&g chipboard to provide a floating floor, 5 mm thick, RW+Ctr 49 dB, LnW 59 dB.
High density, cement impregnated particle board - specialist acoustic board. Uses include: floors and walls. 19 mm thick, Class 0 fire rated, RW 35 dB.
Acoustic resilient joist cap - suitable for timber separating floors as a direct to joist application.
Robust Detail compliant solutions:
IsoScreed R50 - for installation underneath a concrete screed to provide a resilient layer specified by Building Regulations' Part E, Robust Detail E-FC-3 compliant, 5 mm thick.
Acoustic cradles and battens - concrete and timber floor compatible, Robust Detail FFT1, FFT2 and FFT3 compliant.

Acoustic fire hoods - for installation behind ceiling downlighters/speakers to maintain fire and acoustic integrity.
Acoustic doorsets - internal timber acoustic doorsets, 35 dB and 44 dB.
FlexiTwin acoustic and intumescent joint sealer - for use as head and jambs of fire rated doors.
Acoustic panels - to control reverberation in public spaces, churches, halls, offices, factories, schools and nightclubs. Wide range of colours. Any size up to 2400 x 1200 mm, Class 0 fire rated.
Acoustic diffuser panels - for sound scattering and reverberation control in critical listening rooms, schools and studios.
Jocavi AcousticPanels new to UK market. High performance, exceptional quality, avant-garde style, a range of finishes available including plastic, wood and ceramic.
Acoustic foams - Class O fire rated, 6 mm thick and above.
RFT50 - Joint isolation/decoupling tapes. Recyclable.
Class 0 PVC nitrile sealing tapes - for sealing expansion gaps in floors and ceilings.
Pipewrap FT55 AL - for installation around pipework and ventilation systems to reduce noise breakout.
Natural insulation products:
Sheeps wool - thermal insulation for roofs and acoustic absorption in walls. Self-extinguishing. 50, 70 and 100 mm thicknesses. Recyclable.
Hemp and recycled cotton - thermal insulation for walls, floors, sloping ceilings and lofts. Euroclass E fire rating. Building Regulation compliant.
