David Le Lay Architects is an award winning practice offering a range of specialist services for the conservation and restoration of historic building and for the design of extensions and new developments in historic settings. Schools, churches and public buildings form a significant part of our portfolio while we work closely with professional clients for the management of long term housing projects for private London estates.

We have a distinguished reputation with local planning authorities and have completed projects that are used in local policy guidance as examples of sensitive regeneration and good design, winning awards in both regeneration and housing. Landscape design and urban planning are a natural extension of many of our projects.

We also offer a client advisory service, advising on a range of separate third party issues. These range from design and project management to contract administration, sustainable energy and listed building consent.
