Lighting Control and Design
Lighting plays an essential role in creating the right mood or environment, well designed and controlled lighting can enhance all areas of your home and help create the right mood. Using techniques that have been in use in the theatre for many years Design Innovation can design and install a lighting system to suit your tastes and budget. Using scene setting controls a number of useful features can be incorporated into the design:
- An 'all lights off' button by the front door.
- A 'welcome home' button by the front door to switch on the hall & exterior lights.
- An 'away from home' pattern that can mimic your normal routines.
- A night time route that illuminates the route to the bathroom at a lower level.
- Lights that come on automatically if it's dark and if someone enters the room.
- Different scenes for different times of the day.

Using tried and tested technology we can provide alarm systems that can form the centre of your home automation system.
Useful features of this system include:
- Setting burglar alarm starts 'simulated occupancy' - switching on lights, closing curtains, etc.
- Exterior PIR's can trigger exterior and interior lights
- 8 mail box answer phone, plays back messages via the keypad when you un-set the system
- Door entry system that calls your normal phone and allows you to talk to the caller
- Door entry system calls your mobile if the alarm is set allowing you to talk to the caller even if you're out of the country

Home Cinema Systems UK – Custom designed Home Cinema System
A Home Cinema system from Design Innovation is custom designed to suit your requirements, budgets and room layout. We can install a home cinema system into any room of the house or into a dedicated cinema room. Systems can be based on Plasma / LCD screens or a projector, depending on the day to day use of the room. For best results a dedicated room with blackout facilities and a good quality projector and screen is ideal, however most people don't have room for this, so a system can be based around a Plasma or LCD TV in the living room. Add motorised blinds or curtains and controlled lighting to create the best environment for watching your favorite films.
