We are a specialist company involved in the supply of measuring and positioning equipment to the survey, construction and engineering industries. Top Survey, formerly known as Spectra-graphics, was founded by proprietor Stuart Foster in 1992. Top Survey became the Northern Ireland exclusive distributor for Topcon, the world's largest manufacturer of survey and construction laser equipment, in 1996. In 1999 Top Survey was successful in receiving ISO9002. Top Survey Professional (TSP) offers a range of Geomatics’ services embracing the gathering, storing, processing and delivering of geographic (spatially referenced) information. Our resources include the tools and professional skills employed in land, engineering and hydrographical surveying, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Global Positioning System (GPS) plus related forms of earth mapping. In brief, TSP delivers precisely positioned primary data and sets out detailed design data. The quality and integrity of data and survey methodology is implicit throughout the iterative process of each project.
