Fix-Rite is a small family run partnership business established in 1992. It was set up by Terence & Sharon Glass, selling a small range of specialised roofing fixings, to the Sheeting & Cladding industry. Today it has expanded to a growing company, supplying, roofing fixings, and accessories for Sheeting & Cladding as well as Flat Roofing. We also supply Builders Merchants with prepacks of a range of our Drillfast Range. Plumbers Merchants and Electrical Suppliers are also targeted with our Aquarius Aquadapt range, and our Orbix fastener range.

Problem
With flat roof refurbishment and new build projects there is a requirement for innovative roof top accessory products. Today's high performance roof coverings deserve high performance outlets, ventilation systems and other products, that will help maintain the integrity of the roof system throughout its service life. S-Flow roof outlets are central to the S-Flow accessory program and are a critical component of a watertight and functional roof, as inefficient or blocked drains will cause permanent damage to the roof membrane, insulation, decking and the building structure.
Solution
S-Flow roof outlets and other roof top accessory products are manufactured in Denmark by JUAL A/S. Through close liason with roofing systems manufacturers and by taking the trouble to understand contractors needs, S-Flow products have been researched and developed to provide a fast, easy and reliable method of waterproofing details in the most demanding circumstances.

Weather Tite - One-Step Adhesive Adhesive systems for flat roofing
Our new Weather Tite One-Step Adhesive is specially formulated to fasten insulation board down to a timber, steel or concrete roof deck or to an existing waterproofing system.
Weather Tite One-step is a two-part adhesive with a chemical cure. It is non-hazardous, presents no flame hazard, is solvent-free and the spent cartridges can be disposed of in the same way as those of standard cartridge sealants.
Pavier Support Pads for flat roof paving systems
Pavier Support Pads provide a quick and easy method or providing support to a flat roof paving system. The Pavier Support Pad is manufactured from High Density Polypropylene and its shape allows rainwater to drain out and flow off easily onto the underlying waterproofing membrane.
